Kitchen Tune-Up Franchise Owners Recognized at Home Franchise Concepts International Convention
Kitchen Tune-Up franchise owners, system team members, and suppliers gathered in Las Vegas for the Home Franchise Concepts International Convention, held from February 18-20. With the theme "Play to Win," the conference provided franchisees with valuable opportunities to network and enhance their expertise in the kitchen and bathroom remodeling industries. The Kitchen Tune-Up franchise system was thrilled to celebrate outstanding locations during its awards banquet.
Franny of the Year
The most prestigious honor in the system, the Franny of the Year award, was presented to Jenny and John Propps, owners of Kitchen Tune-Up Niceville, FL. This award recognizes the top overall franchisee, judged on multiple factors, including sales, outstanding customer service, and exceptional service offerings.
Customer Service Award
The Customer Service Award was presented to Paul and Kathryn Jost, franchise owners of Kitchen Tune-Up Denver, CO. Selected from Kitchen Tune-Up’s monthly customer service winners throughout 2024, the Josts earned this award for consistently going above and beyond to create an exceptional customer experience. Their dedication resulted in outstanding reviews and testimonials from satisfied clients.
Rising Star Award
Recognizing excellence within a franchisee’s first two years of business, the Rising Star Award honors owners who exemplify service excellence and go the extra mile to meet each client’s specific needs. This year, two locations received the award:
- Oliver Freyer, owner of Kitchen Tune-Up Idaho Falls and Kitchen Tune-Up Twin Falls.
- Amy Ghousent, Mahammed Al-Qassab and Ruaa Al Janabi, co-owners of Kitchen Tune-Up Calgary South.
