Kitchen Tune-Up Wichita, Kansas Wins Prestigious Project of the Year Award
Congratulations to Rachel and Adam Phillips, owners of Kitchen Tune-Up Wichita, KS on being one of the five franchise locations to receive the prestigious Project of the Year award for 2019!
In order to be considered for the contest, the project must have already won a Project of the Month award, which is chosen by the Home Office.
All the winning projects are then voted on by Kitchen Tune-Up franchisees from across the nation. Out of the hundreds of submissions received throughout 2019, only six projects earned the praise and votes from our franchise family.
This unbelievable transformation features a large island with a built-in cooktop and seating for several people. Adding to the luxury of the kitchen are new cabinets, countertops, new appliances including a double oven, microwave drawer, and double dishwashers. The kitchen, dining room, and covered deck were all incorporated into this project. Walls were removed to create a huge open kitchen and now the space meets all the homeowners' needs.
Our client chose staggered-height cabinets in our popular Andale door style in a warm ivory color for the wall cabinets and a café maple color with a chocolate glaze for the island. The island features an exotic brown granite and the other countertops are black granite. The new backsplash is travertine with marble and crackled glass accents. A granite sink completes the new look.
